Cancellation Policy
If you are 15 minutes past your scheduled time your appointment will automatically be cancelled. Cancelations/Reschedules, please be made at least 24 hours before appointment!
Day of cancellations and No shows will be charged a 50% of service fee.
(NO SHOWS or failure to pay fees may potentially be dismissed from future services)
If you're feeling SICK or unwell at all, please notify me immediately so we can reschedule your appointment as I work from home & cannot risk the health of myself, my family & other client's & vice versa. (There will be no penalty or charge for cancelling due to Covid symptoms). (Sent via Goldie)
